STOR MOR SELF STORAGE

The Stor Mor management are outright thieves. First off, let me introduce myself as a retired Air Force Master Sergeant that served 24 years defending this country and further more a disable veteran with a fixed income. One thing that I was taught in the Military was ethical values, which the Stor Mor Management definitely lacks. I had been storing my items with them in Anahieim, Calif for years and had been paying my monthly storage fees on time via my banks bill pay system. After retiring and returning back home from an overseas assignment, I decided to remove my items from storage, close my account and transport my items back to San Antonio, TX, which I coordinated with the on-site storage counselor [redacted] and vacated the storage unit before the end of the contract date. The unit was inspected and they informed me that everything was good to go. Unfortunately, I did not cancel the automatic monthly payments in time and a payment for the following month was sent out accidentally. I called [redacted] and informed her of the mistake and requested that they refund the $137.00. She informed me that she would have to call and inform management and would get back to me. After several weeks of no returned calls, I call again and spoke to [redacted] at which time she informed me that she did not here back from management and would have to contact them again and would call me back. Well needless to say this happened several time again and after continued calls she finally told me that the management would not be refunding me the $137.00 with no explanation as to why they decided to steal my money. All I can say is that it’s sad that an individual spends countless years defending the values of this fantastic country only to get [redacted] on by ungrateful pieces of garbage dirt bags as this management depicts to its customer. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. To all that are considering storage with this company should beware, this is not a company that you want to deal with, nor entrust your valuables.
