I am rejecting this response because: we were indeed offered the settlement offer in which we took time to consider it and decided that we would be okay with it because SOME of our items were returned but it was less than half of what was in the storage unit and it wasn't any of the necessities (such as our almost new dish set and other household items (non-furniture)) we now have to replaceThe worst part of it is that upon contact to try and get the settlement that was offered to us, we've gotten nothing but empty promises that the owner will get in touch with us and the run around between the two office managersWe accept the $settlement but if and only if done in a timely mannerThis has been a very unprofessionally handled nightmare that's brought on a lot of unnecessary and completely avoidable stress on us.

Stor Stuff agrees with the client complaint except the mention of a settlementAs managers of Star Stuff we are not able to talk with customers about settlements, only the owner may do thatWe purchased the contents of the locker and returned them to the customer within one week
