The tenant in question had left his unit in our facility without a lockWe had contacted him to notify him there was no lock and he claimed he was aware of this and he would come in to lock his unitHe vacated on April and signed the vacate formIn our lease it states that once a tenant
has vacated a unit they can no longer make claim for any damaged/lost goodsFurther more, it was not the tenant who removed the items from the unit it was the movers he had hiredUnfortunately, since he is a vacated tenant, there is nothing we can do to help with this matter

Our customer has been with us since 7/6/His last payment was on December 1st for $468.78, which paid him until December 31stHe currently owes $which includes both January and February's rent, his coverage charge (Protection for his items) and two $late fees, as well as a $
auction fee. As stated in the contract, any unit that goes past days will legally get prepped for Auction
