explaining the pricing and why a refund is not valid I believe there is the additional issue of the driver not showing up with the required material We strive to make every move as seamless as possible for every customer - Sometimes we fall short I am requesting a check in the amount of $be issued and mailed to you right away. Please accept my apologies that your experience with Bekins was not everything it should have been

I am rejecting this response because once again Craig's comments are not true as presented to us Both Bekin's insurance company we are dealing with and the firm they subcontract with to give sworn statements have told us that giving a sworn statement is part of the process It's part of any claim on a home owner's insurance policy as well as on a organization's policy such as this one The reason it wasn't done at the beginning of the process is because originally this claim was considered under the supposed $72,worth of coverage policy they "gave" us whereas now it's under a policy more similar to a home owner's policy which only has $25,worth of coverage Again, this just goes to show why consumers should not go with Bekin's services as someone in the process continues to not be truthful with us when all we are doing is filing a claim for damage & missing items under coverage that was supposedly provided

All services were performed exactly as agreed to. Subsequent to delivery, the customer claims items were missing. We immediately...

turned their claim over to our insurance carrier to insure an appropriate and immediate settlement to their claim. Within one week they had inspections done and adjusters investigate the entire situation. As absolutely no reason was established to believe that any items were missing or mishandled, the insurance company denied their claim. We have disputed our customers' statement of the facts and believe that our insurance carrier has been fair and just in their settlement.Thank you.Respectfully,Craig S.
