Review: I made a reservation with CubeSmart.com, which is the website that handles reservations for Storage Deluxe. On their website, they advertised a 5'x5'x8' storage space for $18.75/month. See http[redacted] But when I called to confirm the reservation, they said that that price was actually for the "Mini-Storage" space, which they said was 5'x5'x4'. The description for the Mini Storage space did not say the dimensions of the space. See http[redacted] And the 5'x5'x8' space was a lot more, actually $87.30/month. This is false advertising, or a bait and switch situation.Desired Settlement: I would like them to honor their advertised price, that is a 5'x5'x8' storage space for $18.75/month, as advertised. They should also change the advertising on their website to be more clear and say how big each space is and how much it costs.
