We utilize a 3rd party title company that is based out of Eugene, OR for all out of state title processing and get all of the fees to collect information from that companyBoth transactions had proper fees collected according to the title company we useWe received the proper documents we needed
for each vehicle to be registered around Thanksgiving and both titles and all paperwork were immediately sent to be processed as we knew the importance of these being rushed for the customerUnfortunately during the time these were to be processed the 3rd party office was closed due to a terrible snow storm and all of their customers experienced a delay due to this storm and closureOn February 9th, we received two checks for overpayment of fees from our 3rd party title companyChecks were immediately sent to the customers in the amount of $for the *** (cashed on 2/27) and $for the ***(cashed on 2/28)
