I am rejecting this response because: We request a Refund with Storage Group Network on 10/26/16 originally.  On 11/04/2016 We again requested a refund with no response from company.  On 11/17/2016 Storage Network responded that they will Stop Payment and Have a check dropped off at their office from thier bookkeeping services. On 11/17/2016 I asked for a timeline from Storage Network - No response . On 11/21/2016 I asked again by email for a Timeline of our Refund No Response.  On 11-28-16 Storage Group Network Responded by email - It should be any Day Now.  On 12/12/16 & 12/13/16 I again requested Status by email to the company and they advised they would call us once they have a cashiers check.  It should not take a month to reissue our refund. We want a date that the monies will be ready for pick up and would like the company to return our phone call in regard to a pick up date.  If the bookkeeping service can send us a copy of the cashier check by email before pick up for proof in good faith I would appreciate it. Please keep Revdex.com file open until this is resolved.

The refund check is in process and will be issued. Yes, there was a check number1040 for the deposit amount and they said they never received it. So, we put a stop payment  on that check and are issuing a cashiers check in its replacement. The processing service we use should have it...

Storage Group Network accepted a deposit of $2,618.00 on 09/02/2016 for a Modifed 40" High Cube Used Storage Container . This Company could not complete the modification. Advised us they would refund our monies. Storage Group Network did not deliver the product . Storage Group Network did not refund our monies . We contacted the Revdex.com in Northern California for assistance. Buyer beware. Please check the Revdex.com for information on this company. As of today March 13,2018 This Company STILL not refunded our monies. Company stop taking our phone calls.

Review: On 9/15/15 I received a text from the company with a quote for storage container. They then sent an email formal quote on 10/22/15. On 10/27/15 I requested they send me pictures of the item being purchased, along with subsequent request again on 10/29/15, 11/3/15 and 11/11/15. Once we finally received them, I emailed them on 11/17/15 indicating we would like to purchase and that I had forwarded them the requested deposit to arrive on 11/23/15. This check for the deposit of $1128.50 has cleared the bank. At that time they indicated they would get us on the schedule for delivery. After not hearing from them, I emailed them for a delivery date on 11/23/15 with no response. After no response, I sent a text to [redacted] on 11/24/15 requesting a deliver date. He indicated it would be the next week as they had been waiting for the 20' containers to get delivered. He indicated that it would likely be the Thursday-Saturday of the following week (Dec 3-5). I never heard back from him, so I contacted them again via text on 12/15/15 requesting an update on delivery. He indicated the 20' containers had been released from Oakland and we would be the first ones delivered to and he would know more the next day (12/16). On Dec 21st, he [redacted] texted me to ask if they could deliver on 12/22 to which I replied yes. He indicated he would confirm that afternoon (12/21). He then asked what the delivery site looked like and if it was on pavement or not. I told him it was not on the pavement and it was on a dirt side of the building. I texted him on 12/22 and told him the ground was very wet so it may be best to wait. This continued on the week of 12/28, 1/4/16 and 1/11/16. All excuses as to why they can't deliver. Once they finally indicated they could deliver 1/12/16 they wanted a check immediately. Due to other commitments (because they did not confirm the delivery time) I was unavailable. They refused to deliver and pick up the balance the next day. I told them I wanted to cancel and a refund.Desired Settlement: I have sent several requests to them both via email and text message that I would like a refund of the deposit of $1128.50. I have not received any response to these requests and have not received the refund.
