Storage Holdings

I became unemployed and was unable to pay for one month and they started putting on fees which caused it to go over 200$ even though rent is 60$ I was unable to pay that and after 4 months of being delinquent they told me that by the end of the month they will start the auction process. My lease agreement stated it would be sold after 3 months of being delinquent it has now been 7 months and they are still charging me rent and late fees even after putting a 300$ auction fee on it and stating it will be sold in March. I became delinquent in august.

Water inside my unit, so much ice outside of it that we can't even access it. Total waste of my money. Also, no automated reminder system to alert me of upcoming payments. Completely disappointed.

I was renting a storage unit for almost a year and got behind on payments the storage unit was $60 and they charged me $220 for the first month I was late I couldn't pay it because it was too much money the next month I owed $380 again I could not pay it they gave me seven days to pay $330 which I could not pay so a couple days after the deadline they went through my storage unit and then said I owed $470 they also said when they went through the storage unit it was only boxes and papers and I know that is a flat out lie they know dang well there was thousands of dollars worth of stuff in there towards the end of the third month being late they sold my storage unit and almost all of my worldly possessions.
