Incompent employee every 3 or 4 months they say iam loosing my unit due to them not takeing my payemnt automatic witch is what I singhed up for.so I would not have to worry about my unit but instead this storage has been a nightmar for my self I have chron's if I get stressed I have an attack &who knows how long it will last it was there place to make sure they got my payment not me that 'what auto pay is for no worries they have it down that i'v moved to 3 differnt uits when. I have.been in only 1 the 1 I started with they just never put the rite unit # on my paper work I been fighting over this since day one I am disabled or I would just move out plus I am disabled I cant aford to be move untill I get a permanent place .I could go on and on but if you want to here more let me know

To address the complaint we at Storage Locker train our employees to function professionally and courteously at all times. As far as the customers concern about loosing her property was because of being in lien proceedings for delinquency of her account. This all began when she rented a unit with our facility of which was according to her request through our web site for a 5' X 8' unit of which at the time was not readily available, but had changed her mind and had rented a 10' X 10' unit instead, upon the customer moving in to the assigned unit, she had moved into the incorrect unit because at the time of move in on a Sunday of which our office is closed but our facility was still accessible through gate codes. The unit she moved in was a 10' X 15 which is a different price than the other two units. It was a bit of time had gone by before it was discovered that the customer had moved into an incorrect size unit not assigned to her and a bit more time til we could get verification of which actual unit she was in possession of. But we did. because of communications between our Managers and the customer were sporadic at best through phone calls, emails, texts, it was very difficult to get the issue resolved of being in the correct unit and being charged correctly. the contracts had to be changed and signed and once aware the auto pay credit card paperwork as well, of which came up as insufficient funds a number of times, and the unwillingness to sign any necessary paperwork to correct the issue at hand. Either way the customer has always had a unit of which she was able to keep her belongings safe and secure. I have spoken with the customer recently and have come to an amicable agreement that she retracts her complaint with the Revdex.com, and has agreed to pay $ 200.00 per month until her delinquent account is current and we have agreed to not charge any additional late fees, pre lien fees, and or lien fees in the immediate future as long as she continues to make these payments on time each month. Storage locker can and has worked with its customers in the past and will in the future to always serve our customers and Storage lockers best interests.
