Dear Mrs.*** - I have received your Revdex.com complaint regarding a fraudulent charge Similarly, we don't nor did we ever have your credit card information-ever We are a self storage operator with over 3,customers and it is not uncommon that they're payment information is
compromised by any means.Just because you allege that your card was used for a purchase by our company, that does not mean it was used by someone within our company.I have researched all our locations and still do not see where you allege that there was a charge from our company. I am kindly asking that you either show proof with a bank statement or kindly remove your complaint --***

1) The tenant chose at their own discretion to store their belongings in a non-climate controlled building.2) The building has a large ventilation fan near the loading dock to help suck out stagnate air.3) Per the rental agreement it is "store at your own risk" - no different than if you rented an
apartment or any other dwelling The same would be true if a tenant rented an apartment, kept furniture in the basement and came out smelling musty 4) Storage Master offers a protection plan and the tenant chose to opt out and self insure 5) Storage Master was not negligent in any wrong doing nor liable for the state of their belongings (per the rental agreement)

I was called on August 5 and told a storage unit had become available. I responded that I was interested and a price was quoted. I was told I would decide the next day. At no point was I informed that the unit had need offered to other potential buyers. I took the unit the next day and a deposit was taken. Later that day the owner called back and told me the unit had need sold to somebody else. Very poorly handled. The owner offered no explanation.

Review: I rented a storage unit with Storage Master. I gave notice that I was leaving on July 10. 2014. I did receive an acknowledgement from them. I moved July 10. 2014 from Wauwatosa to Mayville, WI. The movers left a few rugs in the unit unknown to me. I was notified by Storage Master of this and tried to reason with them. I am currently without a car. I told them I would try to arrange to have a friend pick the rugs up. They were inflexible. They said they would have to have the whole month's rent. I told them no way. I am retired, living on a fixed income. I had just paid for moving and was and am financially depleted. When I got my bank statement, I found that they charged the whole month plus late fees to my debit card WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to see them out of business as they are extremely hard to deal with. But I at the very least have to have the theft of $121.00 returned.

[redacted] signed and initialed a very concise and detailed Lease Rental Agreement in no less than 8 places. She did not follow the instructions on the lease. The Facility Manager called and emailed her numerous times in an effort to work out a compromise but was met with verbal abuse. Storage Master took actions appropriate with the lease agreement.

I did not originally rent from Storage Master. I did not sign one of their leases. I did not sign in eight places. They are not only thieves, they are liars as well.

The notes below were recorded on [redacted] account as events unfolded (bottom to top). As you can see she cleared violated her lease by not removing all of her items on the date she indicated to us. In Addition we offered to meet halfway but this was rejected.

ATTN OWNER of this location FIRE [redacted] There was alot of people that day half did not pay and the other paid there $10 DOLLARS. The man [redacted] stopped us from simply watching the auction. When we asked him why is it ok for these other people not to pay he said"they are with a group" Whats the difference they did not pay ? He has a smug attitude and if he is the Facility Manager he shouldn't be. If you charge a few to look at your junk in the lockers to people that's fine. But do not cherry pick if others did not also pay. They will after reading this message probably make Fake google reviews but I would not take my business here just how he acted.

fantastic service, secure units. love the climate controlled option and happy I went with it.

Storage Master on Mooreland Road in New Berlin is very rude to customers when they terminate their lease. When I rented a truck to move out, they assured me I would not be charged for an the next month. What he didn't give me was the form to sign at that time. Two weeks later, I see the charge on my Master Card for the next month. I personnaly went and I talked to the manager who was extremely rude and gave me the form to sign. I told him that the customer service person should have given me the paper to sign when I was moving out that day. He would not listen. When I called him on the phone, he said that since I am no longer a customer, he will not talk to me. I would appreciate that Revdex.com would contact them. This cost me $160.

Shamefully poor customer service. In today's market we are desensitized with EULA's for everything. You have to sign something to do anything. Because of this over saturation of signed agreements we fall into the Boy who called wolf experience. There are documentaries that are exploring this new legally justified horrible customer experience mentality.
The manager [redacted] was very rude. Was not considerate to working with a customer who paid for years. All payments were on time. During my time there I had no issues or violations.
I informed them 2 weeks before my next billing cycle that I would no longer need my unit. They cited a lease I signed committing to a "Notice to Vacate" 30 days before moving out. I had moved out 2 weeks previous but did not find calling them at the top of my priority list. Instead of being reasonable and working it out in good faith and customer service they clung to their petty agreement for dear life. Instead of being able to commend my experience and share it with the people I know I have to hang my head in shame for falling into their services.
It's one thing to hold someone to an agreement. It's another to make clauses you know full well are easily to fall into. It is an opportunistic practice. If they had even a modicum of care for the people that pay them they would consider making sure you are satisfied. If you Google, "Storage Master New Berlin Reviews" you'll find a overwhelming amount of negative reviews.
I sincerely wish I never worked with them. They were great at first, specifically [redacted] but the way they treat you later eclipses any good service I got originally. When I let [redacted] know I would absolutely take the time to share my experience he called me a, "Model citizen"
