The business owes me more than the absolute bare minimum provided by an insurance policy which *I* paid forThe company has a responsibility to provide its customer a storage unit that has a working roof. Additionally I demonstrated two formulas for "fair cash value" which are more than they have offeredTheir estimate is just a manumber with no rigor behind it and it doesnt even consider the model of mattress or original costAre all mattresses equal?I am willing to drop to $to spare myself the trouble of small claims court, but if I take it to court, I will be pursuing full replacement value: $3000.
