I am rejecting this response because Ms. J[redacted] along with the non-knowledgeable employees at this company do NOT know the law. THAT 90 DAYS SHE IS STATING IS INCORRECT!!!! As, I stated previously it is 365 days and I will certainly pursue this further. I could care less what Virginia law states, Congress will ALWAYS supersede that!
Whether they are veteran owned or not is irrelevant, which I surely believe is a lie as well. Discounts they may or may not offer factors how, when they elect to disregard the laws in place.
Therefore…………..NO, I DO NOT ACCEPT THIS RESPONSE. As, I stated previously I have already begun to pursue this further, to ensure this business knows GREED gets them nowhere!!!
