I am sorry if [redacted] did not understand the terms of the contract after explanation from representative.

In response to [redacted]'s complaint, once again we are sorry for the inconvenience and /or confusion that the customer may have experienced.
 
[redacted] moved out ten (10) days after her rent due date. Had [redacted] moved out before rent due date she would have not been charged. The policy was explained before customer signed and agreed to the contract.
 
Our customers do not question this portion of the Contract as they are made aware of Company Policy before signing.

Review: I went to storage plus to get the rest of my belongings there contract states you have 10 days until they start billing you well I came there on the 9 th day of may long and behold not only did they make me pay the full price which is 79 dollars now there is an empty space im paying for its not fair it should have been prorated they never go by there contract and it needs to be adress I feel they should give me money back why did they have me pay for a room that is not in use?Desired Settlement: I would like my 79 dollars back or even half of it or let some one use the room its like im payed for nothing

[redacted] moved out ten (10) days after her rent due date. Had [redacted] moved out before rent due date she would have not been charged. The policy was explained before customer signed and agreed to the contract.
