On 10/22/I rented a storage unit in which I was told that the 1st month would be free, a few days when I went back to the unit there was a lock on there, so I went to the office to ask why there was a lock, the young man said it was a mistake, after taking it off I ask if I should put a lock on there so that they would remember that it was rented, his response was yes! which I did days afterA few weeks past and I decided that I did not really need the unit and seeing that I did not put anything in there I went into the office and spoke with one of the [redacted] service rep and told him that I did not have anything in the unit because I did not bother to take it, so I wanted to take my lock off the unit and his response to me was that he cannot allow me to do thatby now I'm seeing that I am getting not only charged for the unit of $but with a late fee totaling $this was sent to me on Dec I got my phone and call storage post and the young man who did the original tr
