Review: This company has charged me for a mistake on there part. I am being charged a storage fee from Feb 2012. It is now March 2015. The bill comes from a error in there accounting department. I received no notice and just and email about late charges. No written notice was sent to my address. Talking with the [redacted] he has given me the run around and a number to call that does not work and you cant even leave a message. I do not see anything in my rental contract that states they can do this to me after 2 years.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the $44 removed from my account so I can unlock my storage unit.
