Storage Post advertises as a temperature controlled storage; However, during the really cold days in December 2019 the entire building was freezing cold. The office on the ground floor is so cold that there are portable heaters. I asked on several occasions voicing my concerns to Employee Gwen about why it’s so cold in the building,when really is the heat supposed to be on, who will be responsible for mold growing in my unit? The answer I received is when the building temperature drops below 50 degrees then the heat comes on. The building is way colder than 50 degrees but still no heat. There are also rats in the building and I was told that I’m not allowed to put any insecticide/rodent treatment in my unit. I was told that I can move out but I’m not getting a refund for the month I was there for. I asked to speak with management and no one has returned my calls.
