I am rejecting this response because: This business owner has admitted to allowing my ex boyfriend to sign my name to a lease I was not aware of for this storage unitI have saved text messages stating thisI have never even been to this storage unitI never received papers in the mail regarding itShe did all of this with my ex boyfriend without my knowledgeMy name was forgedAnd her mentioning that one of her storage sheds has been broken into is not my problem eitherThat has nothing to do with me and I do not know why it's even being brought upI do not even know what storage unit was rented by my ex boyfriend.

In response to the claimed dispute with Ms. [redacted].  We have papers in regards to her being the responsible person for the storage unit.  The so called ex boyfriend was contacted numerous times also.  He claimed that he had nothing in the storage unit and that he had moved away from...

the Vandalia area.  His claim is that he doesn't have the key to lock on the unit and doesn't  want anything to do with the unit.  We locked the unit until someone paid the past due amount that was owed.  Trying to contact both parties that supposedly were responsible for the contents of the unit.  Sometime in the last 2 weeks someone broke in the storage unit and removed our lock, but someone left his or hers lock on the unit.  This is a clear sign of trespassing and theft.  If someone else had stole the contents of the unit why would their lock still be intact? In 12 years that I have been associated with the facility this is the first time ever Revdex.com was contacted.  Our policy is to try to work with clients that fall on hard times, or can't pay.  I've never had someone be so hard to deal with.  We feel that whoever is responsible should pay past due balance even though our lock was cut.We have turned this matter over to our legal team to see if pursuing further actions are in order.
