After receiving the complaint I spoke with the customersI did speak with their insurance agent and informed him that everything is handled with between the customer and the insurance companyThis was also explained to the customerWe are not involved in any claims between an insurance agent and a claim

We were working with the customer for a resolution to the issue and had came to an agreementThe customer was compensated for the items but refused the check when he came in to the officeThe items in question were not a part of the agreement as he was being compensated for them

I am rejecting this response because:We had a verbal agreement to dollars and the bag of clothingWe came to this agreement because originallyI had requested more money to cover the losses and agreed to + the clothing so I could try to get the clothing cleanedOne item was a dollar northface jacket that I can't buy used as none are available so cleaning was the best option. a year ago Brian sent me a form via email to fill out so I could have my daughter come and pick up the clothing on my behalf so he should remember the agreement. I think it is sad it took going to Revdex.com to get a response after I have called and emailed for months and months.As it stands I still have damaged contents that I need reimbursed for.I need a check for $since they no longer have the jacket and clothes

The customer chose not to take our our protection plan and instead chose to go with their own policy. This issue is between them and their insurance company which is the protection plan they chose

they are not working to resolve the
complaintthey told me that they would not adjust the account, they would not do anything to help us outthey also stated that they don't have to resolve anything with Revdex.com as long as they provide a reason they aren't doing anything for us Revdex.com won't carethey have not adjusted or resolved anythingI have the reciept showing I paid in full no adjustments madeBrian refused.

Everything within 24 hours is fixed. We have 4 full time maintenance guys, and we have looked into this issue. After speaking to the customer we are in the process of resolving this complaint.
