I received an email from Interstate Parking claiming the patrol person issued the violation/fine in error. They are supposed to cancel it and mail me documentation stating this was completed

The Milwaukee location the customer is referring to is a "Pay by Plate" location, so there would be no reason to display a parking receipt if the vehicle license plate is entered correctly. The license plate number on the customer's Ford Mustang is 612RBU. Unfortunately, this
customer entered her plate incorrectly as ***. Since the correct plate information was not entered at the time the customer parked, it appeared to our patrollers as an unpaid parker. Rather than tow the vehicle for nonpayment or assuming it abandoned and having the city issue a violation or remove it, the patrollers issued internal citations to the Ford Mustang.Upon the customers return, a certified letter was sent to our office with a copy of the receipt and all of the citations, showing the plate was entered incorrectly. The customer could also see that the receipt showed one plate number and the citations showed another. We recognized the customer's error and voided the citations that were issued. We are happy to assist our customers when errors like these occur. A phone call would have sufficed and a certified letter would not have been necessary.Should this customer opt to use our parking location again, entering the correct plate info will prevent the vehicle from being issued an internal citation. The Early Bird rate and signage have a start time and a finish time, like all rates posted, signage is meant as an advertisement and not a comprehensive documentThe signage posted noted the start time but not the end time, which we can see is confusing to someone unaware of this structureThe

Mr. [redacted] stopped to our office this morning with the same claim.  Upon further investigation, it was discovered that he had multiple outstanding and unpaid citations.  We looked into the one he was referring to, only to find out that there was some type of system malfunction which led...

to the citation.  The customer had submitted an appeal, but the appeal was in process and had not been declined.   Mr. [redacted] and I worked together to resolve his citations which was ultimately voided.  When I asked him about the other open citations against his vehicle, he admitted that he just didn't pay for parking.  Nonetheless, I offered to reduce and resolve all of his citations right there on the spot.  What should have cost him over $200 in citations, was resolved with a payment of less than $50. I'm disappointed to see a complaint filed with Revdex.com either prior to allowing us to resolve it, or after we worked with him to resolve everything.  When he left, I had offered him monthly parking at various locations, and my business card so I could assist him personally.  He even shook my hand and thanked me before he left.   Tammy [redacted]Interstate Parking Company LLC
