Store Fixtures USA Reviews (4)

This guy lies. He called to the point it was beyond harassment. 4-5 times every day. He talks about avoiding calls?? There were no calls avoided, as he called every 2 hours. Yes, his shipment was late, not no 6 weeks. He also fails to mention, he refused the shipment because it arrived a day earlier...

than he thought. So he wouldnt take it period. Then had to pay redelivery fees several days later cause the truck moved on. He thought that was my part to pay....no, you were informed as we said we would when we loaded it, it was your job to unload, but with his refusal, came extra fees.I have nothing else to say to this guy, he got his order, I am done with him. I wont have anything else to do with him in the future. He has threatened legal action, and even after posting this complaint, he calls, and I have cut him off. This guy is delirious on how business really works and thinks he will be a good business man.

If you read what he wrote.  He is not a nice person.  He did just ship the the 28 deck plates that he admitted to forgetting.  I'm wondering with his health condition if he is not well enough to be running the company.   I"m wondering if they will realize that they might not have taken care of me like they think they have.  I called in on Feb. 14th and they said they would get me my fixtures in 2 wks.  I called back in several times and they kept saying it will be tomorrow.  I have an email also saying that I needed the fixtures by March 3rd and no later.   They were rude every time I called.   I would have been happy to deal with them, but they just refuse to pick up the phone and communicate.

Tell us why here... [redacted] my name is Larry. I am President of Store Fixtures USA. I am a bit slow to respond, I just got out of the hospital with a surgery. I think you just sent the original email friday, so it nice to know after one day you already filed a complaint with Revdex.com but I have found...

that people only go to Revdex.com to complain, I have never seen anyone go to them to say what a wonderful experience they have, they only truly use it as a forum to try to get their way.....I will address your complaints, because you seem to have a lot of them. First, you ordered 14 endcaps, got 14 pegboard for the fronts of the endcaps, and 14 solid boards, for the backsides as a finished look. If you are missing 2 pegboards, I noticed in the inner office memo you were actually given 6 additional pegboard for the full size units. You can simply cut 12" off of the side, cutting it down to 34.5" and it will fit perfectly. I find more often than not, when people start missing pieces, its usually cause they have a lot of construction going on inside their stores and leave parts of shelving strewn all across the floor. I am sure if you look about your store, you will find them. We have several redundancies in place to make sure the counts are accurate when your order is put together. Your second complaint is missing kickplates. Actually you are correct. The person who did the pull sheet for the warehouse employees made a mistake in counts, and your numbers are wrong too, you should have actually received 28 more. So we already took the liberty of sending them out to you. Your next complaint is about cutting down base shelves from 48" to 36". I understand you are not a shelving person, so you do not understand. It is a common practice. It does not affect the viability, appearance, operation, or capability of what the shelving units are designed to do. Once the units are put together, the black shoe covers match flush up to the top of the base shelf, you wont see anything but the top of the base deck and front lip. While you may deem it "completely unacceptable" there is no real basis to complain here, I think you are starting to look for reasons to complain. You next complaint is about condition. You say some pieces are a 7, some are way less. Well, I am sure when you put the shelving together, you will find the visible parts, the shelves, base shelves, pegboard are what we say they are. The manufacturer does not do a very good job painting originally the internal components of the units, which are not seen to anyone once the units are put together. The base brackets (shoes) insides of kickplates, and such. Once again, I think you are just choosing to see what you want to see and complaining about it, without really accepting it is used and this is how it was designed. We spend a lot of time on each order, as we did yours. We did exactly what we said we would do, we thoroughly wash all pieces, we pressure wash the fronts, backs and sides, including all cracks and crevices with a pressure washer. We take razor blades to each shelf, removing all the stickers, tags, gum, tape and whatever else. We oil the adjustment screws, and preset them back to the original starting position, and we even wipe by hand, with rags and scrubbing each sheet of pegboard making sure its thoroughly clean as is possible. We inspect each piece making sure the pieces that are visible to the eye, the tops, and lips of all upper and base shelves are in good condition, making sure they are a minimum of a 6, on a scale of 1-10. Your next complaint is about pegboard hooks, as you were told when you placed your order they would not be coming from the same warehouse, they would ship separately. You were a bit impatient and registered a complaint with Revdex.com cause of it. Well truth is, here is your tracking number, they were shipped to you quite some time ago, and fedex made several attempts, but you werent there to sign and accept, even tho you knew they were coming. This is your fault, not mine. We even had to call fedex and have them resend a second time after several failed delivery attempts.  [redacted] www.fedex.com You also complained on Revdex.com about processing times, but I have original emails where you said your final date for us to ship by was March 3. We actually shipped the order on March 1st. It was received on March 7th. Yet here you are, making more mountains out of molehills. I believe I have answered all of your complaints and found resolutons. Sincerely,  Larry

complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  I was told we would receive our product and that did not happen. I was also told we would receive a refund and as of yet we have not received one. I would like to wait until we receive the replacement check before I accept this resolution.
