Store It All Self Storage located at [redacted] has received a letter of Revdex.com Corporate Office regarding a complain made it by one of our previous customersIn advance thank you for your time on reading this explanation [redacted] rented with us since He signed a contract where the manager explains to him that payment is due always on the 1st of each month and he has days to pay if not there will be a late fee on the 6th The 2nd late fee will apply if the customer has not pay yet on the 16thThe contract also explains that if we do not receive the payment after days his items will be sold on public auction His unit went to auction on November 30th of He knew about the auction saleWe send a certified letter to his address, we gave him calls, sent text message and left voice messages to avoid public auctionHe signed a contract where he knew about what could happened if we do not receive payments on time He even spoke with me on Feb and I told him about his personal stuff that he will need to come and pick them up because we will not be responsibleHe says he will come to get his personal stuff, but he never shows up He called again on December asking about his personal stuff I told him that sorry, but we don’t keep personal stuff of customer he told me to please check and I say okay sir I will but since it has been more than a year I don’t think your personal stuff still thereHe also told me that if I find his personal stuff to send it to his address

2008. He signed a contract where the manager explains to him that payment is due always on the 1st of each month and he has 5 days to pay if not there will be a late fee on the 6th . The  2nd late fee will apply if the customer has not pay yet on the 16th. The contract also explains that if we do not receive the payment after 45 days his items will be sold on public auction.  His unit went to auction on November 30th of 2015  He knew about the auction sale. We send a certified letter to his address, we gave him calls, sent text message and left voice messages to avoid public auction. He signed a contract where he knew about what could happened if we do not receive payments on time.  He even spoke with me on Feb 2016 and I told him about his personal stuff that he will need to come and pick them up because we will not be responsible. He says he will come to get his personal stuff, but he never shows up.   He called again on December 2017 asking about his personal stuff I told him that sorry, but we don’t keep personal stuff of customer he told me to please check and I say okay sir I will but since it has been more than a year I don’t think your personal stuff still there.
