Review: This company has repeatedly attempted to bill me for using a storage unit they don't even have. The unit in question is a Uhaul u-box storage unit that I have confirmed with Uhaul employees isn't even in the state of California right now. The issue came from a billing or paperwork issue during my move from Texas. 3 boxes were supposed to be shipped on the same truck but it only had space for two. First they attempted to split the contract in two and bill me almost double. After that issue was resolved they never marked my last box as being unloaded and have repeatedly attempted to bill me for it's storage even though it was already given to someone else and shipped away. I have been repeatedly contacted about the issue and every time I speak to someone we resolve the issue and then a month or two later someone new attempts to bill me for the same thing all over again. I have called the company attempting to resolve the issue only to be told I would be called back and wasn't. I have attempted to speak to someone in person but nobody on site seems to know what I'm talking about and any managers on site say they don't handle that and the person who does isn't there. I've also left my number with managers and never been called back.Desired Settlement: I just want them to stop billing me.
