Thank you, I have contacted the business many times asking for a copy of the lease policy and a copy of the pro rated billThey only wanted to take off $from the bill, which is usually $I think I can do the mathThey wanted us to pay $164. and those units were emptythey want us to pay for empty units, which they claim to check on frequentlyI want a copy of the policy that states we are responsible for their notification and why should we pay for the negligenceIt is a bad business practice to make the customer pay for empty units and their failure to take care of the businessI offered to pay for Unit #not the empty unitsTill this day I have not gotten a fax or an email from the company stating their policyI will pay for unit #46, which they have had RED LOCKED SINCE APRILI am not responsible for empty unitsEspecially #which leaks and we had to throw so much awayI wanted to empty the unit and never do business with them againVery bad business practice to expect us to pay for empty units, that they claim they did not check, but there red locked, and the others were red locked when I was payingNo their was no letter ever sent at this point
