Review: I bought an ipod kit from this company for close to $200 US and they assured me it would definitely work on my 2010 BMW X3. It never did. I spent an additional $120 on top of the product purchase price, trying to have it installed, but was told repeatedly by car audio experts that it was not compatible with my car. I contacted iCarkits.com asking for a refund. They agreed and sent me the shipping instructions. I shipped the product back over a month ago. I never received my refund and now they are ignoring all my emails.Desired Settlement: Ideally, I want the purchase price plus the $120 I spent trying to have it installed.
