Our records do show that Ms*** contacted us on Jan28th inquiring about the status of her puzzle board. Our associate informed her that the item had been shipped. We had received the shipping and tracking information from our woodcrafter and FedEx on Jan27th, but had not
yet entered it into the customer's account. The tracking information was entered into Ms***'s account on Jan29, Sunday night, at which time, she was sent an automatic email update. Our associate did follow up with her via email on Monday Janto confirm that she had indeed received the shipping information. According to FedEx tracking info (attached), the puzzle was delivered on Friday February 3rd.We do apologize for the delay in shipment, as the order was placed during the busy winter holiday season and all orders were taking longer than usual. After the New Year, it takes our artisans a period of time to get back on the turn around time frame.Thank you

Original order date was 4/23. Specific replacement part needed for original stool was not available as the woodcrafter has retired. Customer was notified the next day (4/24) and was offered a 20% discount on a new stool. When no response was received from customer by
5/11, we refunded her credit card and cancelled her order.Customer emailed us on 5/that she did want to order the new item at the discounted price. On 5/(next business day), we emailed back informing her that we do not keep any credit card information on file and we would need to get the payment info again. We were able to connect with the customer on 5/31. The order and payment (less 20% discount) was received for the new stool. Personalized stool shipped on 6/and was received by customer on 6/
