S.C.CInc refunded Mr***'s moneyWe cannot do the roof for the amount that was
detailed in the adjuster estimate; the estimate price includes the $1,Deductible which is explained in the homeowner's policyThe deductible is the insured's obligation to pay for the repairsThe Insurance check was refunded less the cancellation fee outlined on the contract signed

This company cares about nothing but your money! They slam dunk their work in the poorest quality and I've spoke with everyone there about my issues and promised they would be fixeda year later nothing but they call and harass you about their moneyAnd this wasn't one or two issues it was over a dozenSave yourself the trouble and thank me later!

I have been trying for months or more to get this company out to fix the defects in stallation of gutters and downspouts from case number *** which have never been resolvedPrevious correspondence by email and phone have not been answered or addressedA representtive from the company came out months agao and agreed that there were defects and would be taken care of This compamy does not keep its verbal promises and in my opinion should be looked into by the Revdex.com

This company did an amazing job on my roofMichael made sure everything went smoothly and the job was done quickly and professionallyThank you so much for a wonderful and smooth process, I love my new roof!

Great professional peopleThey worked directly with my homeowners insuranceI didn't have to do a thing they took care of everythingI would recommend them to everyone

The black gutters sat in our driveway for 10 days. Parts of them, a couple of boxes of elbows and a long 30 foot section of gutter are still sitting in our driveway. Downspout on garage still not installed and gutters still not calked and sealed. As for the deductible: I have a contract in which the deductible was waived, and it was signed by [redacted].

Storm Casualty Consulting Incorporated gives every condolence for your father's passing; we do not prey on the elderly. Your father came to us asking us to help us with his roof because his home was falling apart because of the leaking.We...

met with the insurance and the negotiations took 2 months to get their approval for the work to be done. After all of the years of re roofing the building we had to remove multiple layers, rebuild the parapet walls, bring the building up to code. All of the work outlined in the attached estimate completed within 3 Month and the only payment received was for $2,793.37 after completing the job for this little payment the insured's daughter kept the final payment from the insurance company for another month before releasing it to S.C.C. The roof, guttering and everything that Storm Casualty touched has been done in an excelent manner. The interior, as agreed upon, is not being done so that the insured does not have to pay their $3,244 deductible.Attached are the signed contracts. Receipts, invoices, estimates, photos are available upon request.

This company had a rep to come to my door to do a roofing job, after a hail storm.
The terms were we will do your roof, gutters, etc for no money meaning they will put thru a claim with my insurance company and they will pay my deductible, as they stated a roof for free. Well they did do the roofing but when it came time for my gutters they didn't have a gutter guy, so I waited and waited and waited, eventually I spoke to the manager Mike, that told me because the paid the deductible I wasn't getting gutters, he then told if I want to pay the deductible he will give me gutters but I have all the paperwork that includes gutters, I called him back he then told me he upgraded my shingles and that is why I didn't get gutters, I told him that was not the agreement and he needs to deliver gutters, he hung up on me I called back he told me I don't listen and that he changed my deal to upgraded shingles, keyword is he changed it. I told him no that wasn't what I agreed to, he told me he is to busy he will have his attorney call me.

I am trying to get my gutters installed which I am owed from an insurance claim and this company keeps giving me the run around. I would not recommend this company to any one
