Complaint[redacted]We paid $1050 deposit July 25 2014 and our neighbours paid $1050 deposit to Storm Contracting [redacted] to order product to build a vinyl fence to this date no fence. We and our neighbours have left messages on his cell [redacted], sent texts and emails to [redacted]. Does not return calls, texts, emails. Neighbour did speak to him once after deposit was paid and he told them vinyl for fence was at the border and would be starting fence soon. No fence. Again both of us left several messages, texts, emails in 2014 and 2015, does not return calls. Often mailbox is full can't leave a message. Our neighbours have the 1 side of their fence done but he was also to fix some things never came back to fix. Even left a message on [redacted] to call no details no call back. [redacted]Desired SettlementWe would like our $1050 refunded

Product installed on west side is faulty and incomplete two years post installation. Installation on east side is paid for but never installed.In the spring of 2013 we contacted Storm contacting to install a black vinyl fence on the West side of our property. We paid our bill in full and did not see any installation until the spring of 2014 due to many excuses provided by the contractor. During that installation we contracted him to put up a second fence on the east side of our property and paid for it by etransfer. The west side was never fully completed. There are parts missing to our gate and the post caps are faulty. [redacted] (the contractor) told us that he would complete the gate and give us new post covers when the product for the east side arrived. That he would do all the work at once. We have not seen or heard from [redacted] since. We have attempted to contact him via email, phone calls, text messages, and voice messages. He does not return calls nor answer his phone. As we have been waiting to hear from him, the product that he did install has been falling apart as the panels are now falling apart. We have now paid in full for a portion of fence that is both incomplete and faulty, as well as a portion that has not had any work done whatsoever.Desired SettlementWe are seeking refund for the fence that has not been done and repair and completion of the portion that is incomplete on the west side.

Complaint[redacted] is a small contractor that builds fences. -In May of 2014 I had met [redacted] and made plans for him to build my fence. [redacted] had received my deposit of $3500.00 in 2 payments by the first week of June('14) made by [redacted]. -This deposit was for a fence to be built at my home in the city of Saskatoon to close in my back yard with and estimate at 160ft of fencing.-The style of fence is called [redacted] which is 4"x4" steel posts with railings for wood to be installed in the middle-After he received the money of course things changed. There was no more set date for him to start the fence. By August('14) he stopped returning phone calls. -End of September I had found out his address and stopped by. He was home. With this visit he was still promising my fence would still be installed before the end of the season.-Now [redacted] was answering phone calls again and finally showed up and started this fencing project. -[redacted]. [redacted] would show up for a few hours and then leave taking 2 1/2 weeks to just set and cement in the fence posts.-Now with all posts in except the 2 against the house which are needed for the gates [redacted] disappeared again with also no returning phone calls.-Still till to this date(may 6/2015) [redacted] is still ignoring phone calls from both me and my neighbor.Product_Or_Service: fenceDesired SettlementI am after one of two things. 1.) I would like the rest of the material dropped of to me including gates so I myself can finish the fence, or..2.) [redacted] can come back to remove the cemented in posts at his cost with 100% clean up so I can have a different fence installed because I have not been able to find any other store or dealer in Saskatchewan that can provide this fence.
