Storm Group Roofing did a great job on our roofs, quickly , expertly, and attention
to detail. They also were very effective in the clean up of all waste and protective
of yard areas.

We live in Cnrapids mn. My wife Sara and I have way to many AWESOME things to say about the incredible experience we had with storm group!!!! Let's just say, from the very start-finish, we would tell anyone that actually wanted to get home improvements done, and done with pride and perfection, the company you reallllllllly need to call is the folks at storm group !!! Seariously!!! Wanna waste your time and efforts to get your needs taken care of, buy a truck load of Advil, if you call under rated hacks, your gonna need lots of headache relief! Jst give the storm group folks a ring. Seriously!!!! You WILL be just as satisfied as Sara and I. ????

The technician was very thorough and polite. He did an excellent job. The quality of the gutter covers remain to be determined. Bad note: I got an email asking for payment before the job was started and a phone call asking how I was going to pay for this 2 hours after the work was completed. Seems very pushy to me.

I had a great experience with Gutter King. My initial contact was very informative (and not sales-y) in our meeting to discuss options to repair or replace my gutter, and patient in showing me all options and all prices and pros and cons of each. Extremely helpful. Then Jessica, the appointment organizer was extremely helpful and transparent in her communications with me regarding when the appointment would take place. I actually was out of the country and told her it didn't really matter when they got to my job, but she nonetheless fit us in as soon as possible and apologized repeatedly when she had to move it back a day (even though I was still out of the country and it wouldn't make a difference to me). The work was then completed in a timely fashion and it's brand new but I hope and expect that it will last for a long time. I'd strongly recommend Gutter King to anyone needs gutter cleaning, fixing, or replacement.

Working withe Gutter King was a very good experience. The quote was produced quickly and the requested changes to my quote were done in a timely manner also. There were some schedule delays due to some communication issues (that were resolved) and some weather-caused delays but the install went very well and turned out very well also. Jack, the installer, was great to work with, answered my questions, and finished the whole job with a nice looking gutter and cover installation.

Impressively responsive either on the phone or online. We had Gutter King install leaf guards on our home an garage gutters. The only we ran into was that they ran out of material and there was a delay until they could order more. They were very apologetic and once the leaf guard came in finished the job quickly. Other than that, everything went well, they communicate well, and are eager to please the customer. I would use them again.

I found StormGroup Roofing on AngiesList and called them for a small repair on my siding due to woodpecker damage. The man that estimated the job was very nice, and agreed to charge me an hourly rate vs. a minimum fee like most other companies (this saved me potentially hundreds of dollars). The men doing the work showed up on time and talked to me about the repair before starting. They did exactly what we talked about, and before leaving checked in with me to confirm it was done to my satisfaction. I will certainly call on them for future jobs.

When I bought a fixer upper this spring, I knew right away that I'd need to get some repair work done on the home's 30+ year old gutters. While several other companies told me that replacement was my only option, Gutter King found a solution that met my needs at a price that I could afford. They also ended up coming out two more times (free of charge) to make sure everything was working correctly. I wish all contractors were this honest and responsive! When new gutters do fit into my budget, I'll definitely be calling them again.

Reshingled our house (removal of old shingles and installation of new ones, etc). Installed gutter shields.

Comments:

Met with Craig, a company representative, who inspected the roof. We discussed the details of re-shingling and installation of a gutter guard system. It was all very low pressure. He showed us sample shingles and left the ones that we liked. After deciding on the shingle color we scheduled the date and signed the contract. We were able to get on the schedule within the next week.

We were told the roofing crew would arrive around 8 in the morning. They were at our house and ready to work at 7:45. They covered any 'delicate' landscaping and began to remove the old shingles and other roof coverings. They worked efficiently and professionally. They finished the entire job around 4:30 the same day making sure they cleaned up after themselves (I think we found around 4 nails, far fewer than the workers that re-shingled my Moms house).

We are totally happy with the work that was done and are loving the look of our new roof! We would highly recommend this company to do your roof.

We used Storm Group for new siding on our house. They did a very good job with the installation and we have no complaints whatsoever about the siding and the workmanship. However, most of the time only 2 men were doing the installing so it took over 2 weeks to finish the job. If I were to use them again I would want some assurances regarding the time frame. The siding took much too long.

A great company to hire to put a new roof on our house and garage. From Dmitry the owner to Amy the secretary and the four man crew, the whole experience proved we made a great choice. We would highly recommend this company.

Gutter King did a wonderful job! The work they did was high quality and looks fantastic!!! The office manager Amanda was diligent at keeping me up to date on scheduling. After price checking competitors and friends that are contractors , Gutter King offered a superior product at a better value. I highly recommend Gutter King !
