These guys were amazing! First they had the best price and were not pushy or long sales pitchThey gave me several options & just waited for me to call themSecond they kept their scheduled dates for installationThe installers were phenomenalThey came with a crew of at least eight maybe more, very polite, clean & professional craftsmanThey removed all the old windows without breaking any glassThey did the whole job in one daywindows and entry doorsWhen they left they took all their trash and old windowsThey cleaned everywhere they worked and even ran a magnet to pick up any screws or nailsWhat was so impressive to me was how well they worked togetherThey each new what to do and just did itThis was a very old house that was very challenging but they got it doneAnd they passed the final inspectionNO small feat in the city of West Palm Beach
Unfortunately I had just had impact windows installed on another house a year before and I am still waiting for a final inspection from a different company that I will not name for now but very unhappy with their operation & lousy installer
StormGuard will be doing at least one more house for me and I will definitely recommend them to all me friends & family

I received 6 quotes for this job, the price with StormGuard was fair and the process of getting it was informative and educational. After committing to them the communications were great and the work began as scheduled. They were easy to reach and answered all my questions. My mom was here the day of install to mind the house since I had to work. The installers were polite and professional and kept a very clean work environment. I stopped by twice to check on them and both times, they were open with me about what was happening. They protected the openings and never left work unattended. I would most certainly recommend them for Impact Window installs as their process was for me seamless, efficient, and well done.

We ordered a single impact door on 2/18/16 as of today 6/8/16 the door has not been installed. When we call we get a different excuse as to way the door can't be installed. I would get another company except for the reason of them having a 50% deposit. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am so pleased with m. kept in contact with us and kept us updated. Emails and phone calls were returned quickly. We received an incredible product at an amazing price. There were no hidden fees or "extra" costs thrown in. The price we were quoted was the price we paid--even after extra work was needed to remove our old windows AND the crew had to come back 2 times to complete new framing around the windows. The crew was efficient. The windows look gorgeous!
