No service
I signed contract in February and gave them over 8K. No phone calls or nothing heard from them. This is a scam.

Very well pleased with how easy Storm Guard made the whole new roof experience! Everyone was very polite, friendly,professional, and easy to do business withThe crew was prompt and did an amazing job! I could not believe all the work they accomplished in one day and the new new roof looks great, and they completely cleaned everything up and left things looking so much better than before they arrived! We couldn't be happier and would not hesitate to recommend them to all my family and friends and anyone else!

I recently had insurance work done on my home to address storm damage to my roof and several interior ceilings/wallsWorking with this Storm Guard team (Particularly Paul, Armand, and Steve) I found them to be very professional and supportiveThey were always friendly and returned all my calls promptlyThey came through on all of their promises and I am extremely happy with the quality of the work their team performedI would happily reccomend them to anyone who would need roofing work done

Replaced roof following hail / wind damageExcellent experienceThey were not pushy, worked well with the insurance companyAll employees were polite and knowledgeableWork crew was on time, acted professionally, cleaned up the property well before they left

We had places where the water was leaking in, even so the insurance company would not give us a new roofWith the help of Storm Guard we got a new roof and the entire project cost us very little

I am in receipt of your letter detailing the complaints of *** *** regarding his roof replacement project In reading thru the complaint, there are a few matters that I concede; The start date of the project was indeed delayed And, yes, several attempts were made to call our
office I did not have a secretary at that point, and messages went into a voicemail Unfortunately, we were so busy that voicemails were not retrieved for many days at a time I have since hired an Office Manager and phone calls are answered live during business hours Yes, an invoice was sent, although there was no "demand" of payment My understanding from my Production Manager was that the job was complete, and thus a final invoice was emailed The one thing that I missed was that the new window was not yet installed, and I apologized for the miscommunication and told *** *** that we would be up the next day for measurements In regards to the complaint of the flashing and drip edge not being properly installed, I would dispute those claims The roofing crew leader was asked about those issues and is adamant that there are no problems with either The chimney removal issue is up for debate, as the price was lowered to meet *** *** budget and he was verbally told that it would not include the chimney removal My understanding is that he agreed to that In addition, the contract signed by *** *** does not include any mention of chimney removal Lastly, I vehemently deny that the roofing crew was told to " cut corners everywhere and to provide poor work quality" That is a flat out falsehood The crew was provided all of the quality materials and supplies to do a quality job, and they did a quality job This project did not go as well as had hoped, due mostly to delays and the fact that the window was not installed at the same time as the roof was replaced However, the quality of the materials and labor is something that I will not waver on Since receiving this letter, *** *** and I have agreed upon a settlement payment and I was told it would be mailed last week.~*** ***Storm Guard

Storm Guard came out and replaced my gutters and added leaf protectionThey did an excellent jobVery professional and got the work done in no time! I was very pleased with my service and would recommend them to my friends and family!

I'm very sorry that Ms. [redacted] feels that there has been any wrongdoing on our part.  There was a contract signed by Ms. [redacted] and a deposit payment made.  4 days later a phone call was made to our representative, [redacted].  [redacted] was told of the change in plans and...

that she would like to cancel the contract.  [redacted] conferred with management and since there was quite a bit of time and effort put forth with the events leading up to the signing of the contract, a decision was made to enforce a 10% cancellation fee.  10% is a very standard fee, and it can go as high as 20% The time and effort included 5 phone calls, 4 emails, the customer requesting 3 revisions to the proposal, and the fact that [redacted] had to drive 6+ hours (roundtrip) to meet with Ms. [redacted] and get the contract signed.Additionally, there is a claim made in her statement that [redacted] told her that he would rip up the checks, and another claim that we would send her a full refund.  I was near [redacted]'s desk when he spoke with here and he VERY clearly made it known that there was a 10% fee, and a refund would be mailed immediately for the amount paid, less 10%.  A refund check was mailed promptly.I hope that this clears up any miscommunication.

Storm Guard replaced our roof and did a great job. [redacted] was there the day it was being put on and made sure it all ran smoothly. He followed up with us afterwards and made sure that we were happy, which we were! It turned out beautifully! So glad we chose to use them!

The guys at Storm Guard are true professionals. They know their business well and they offered me a friendly, no-pressure solution to replace my roof with high quality materials and workmanship. The job of completely stripping my two previous roofs and installing a new one was done to specification in just two days and I couldn't be happier. In fact, my expectations were exceeded every step of the way. I would (and have) highly recommend Storm Guard to anyone in need of home improvement services. You won't find a better company dedicated to customer service and getting the job done right the first time.
