We had several companies approach us because of the storm we had in BoardmanWe chose Storm Service Solutions because we saw so many of our neighbors getting work by them, You literally couldn't drive through a neighborhood without seeing one of there signsVery professionalThey completed our insurance work and we were so happy with there work we paid out of pocket to have all of our gutters replaced When the job was complete the cleanup was amazingit was as if no one was ever there!!!

I signed over insurance checks to them, big mistake. They fixed the roof but never fixed the inside water damage. They no longer return calls.

I am SUPER HAPPY with the Job they did! --I have been around the Trades for over 50 years-- I am in my 60's and started at 13 year old. I have never saw a crew work like these Amish Guys---THEY PUSHED LIKE I NEVER SAW BEFORE- my house is 1500 Square-- and they did a tear off and re shingle in ONE AFTERNOON-FAST AND NEAT ! I watch the Whole Job Being Done and they did as good as any Roofer I know but NEVER A FAST-- If I did not see it with my own eyes, I would not believe it! Left NO mess at All,, Would have never know that they were there...

K[redacted] and his team did a great job for me. They were in and out in less than a day. He helped me handle all the forms from the insurance and streamline the process. My roof got destroyed after a storm we had because of the wind. They went the extra mile and made sure all the work was quality. I even had an old sodium light that the pole became rusted, while they were on the roof he painted it so it would look nice along side of the new roof. I never had to have a claim against my insurance before and really had no idea what to do. I called a few contractors and really had no luck getting anyone to show up for the estimate. Storm solutions services was recommended to me by a neighbor who had work done, so I called them. They did the estimate and the work all with in a week. Even helping me with the insurance process.

Storm Service Solutions replaced my roof and they had it done completely in about 3 hours. They did an excellent job, we're very professional, and made sure they cleaned up everything. I couldn'the be happier with the excellent quality of workmanship that was provided. I will call Storm Service Solutions for any construction work I will need in the future.

My entire roof was redone in December 2016 and has been leaking since March 2017. They didn't replace any of the wood like we requested, the drip edges weren't replaced, despite me having paid for them, plus the existing drip edges were severely damaged. Most of the shingles were not laid/aligned properly, because you can see the architect of many shingles, there are several shingles along the front side with holes, there's a few places where felt paper is sticking out between the shingles and the flashing wasn't done around our skylights and chimney. On top of all that, the new ridge vents weren't installed properly and have openings large enough for a grown man to fit his hand through. I have been trying for three months to get my roof fixed and now I have to sue because they aren't willing to fix it properly. Lastly, I had to pay another company on 6/23/17 to do temporary fixes,in order
to keep massive amounts of water from Tropical System Cindy out of my house!

Storm Service Solutions tried to get my business in the Youngstown area and every time I spoke to them they were more shady. The first day, they came and one guy looked around cursorily on my roof for 3 minutes and came back down and said, "Oh, yeah lots of hail damage" without giving any details. Other contractors looked around on my roof for a good 20 minutes and gave me lots of pointers and details. Parts of my roof obviously need plywood work and they didn't say squat about that. I told them I would be getting quotes from many contractors and would go with the one I felt comfortable with and they said, "Since you will be filing a claim there was no need to talk to others". Who recommends that you DON'T get several opinions or estimates? Originally, they were going to be there when the insurance adjuster was coming. When I called to cancel that they gave me information about the insurance process and that particular adjuster precisely contrary to what the insurance adjuster had told me the day before!
