I am rejecting this response because:My insurance company can verify, that Storm Shield did not do the work properlyAnd I never even got an invoice,so how could I agree to it??? My insurance co, has other customers who have been scammed by Storm Shield

Mr*** received the denial letter from GAF on Saturday Sept and informed ***, his sales representative, of the denial letter that day? *** responded to Mr *** that Monday, the first business day after notification, requesting a copy of the denial letterHe let Mr
*** know he would check into what the next steps are and the Owner will be getting in touch with him*** wanted his roof replaced that week? ***, one of the owners of Storm Shield Roofing, ? contacted Mr *** the beginning of the following week to go over the steps that are being taken to complete thisIn fact, Storm Shield Roofing is in the process of a investigation to see what our next steps are in fixing the cosmetic function to Mr***'s roof? His roof is not leaking but Storm Shield is working with the supplier and GAf to see what and how to proceed on fixing this issue? There are multiple steps that have to occur to insure this is properly handledMr*** left a good review about us and how we handled his claim and construction process.?

To whom it may concern: On 8/15/16, Storm Shield Roofing and Restoration rep*** assessed the damage on Mrs***’s property and presented the evidence of hail/wind damage to Mrs***Mrs*** then signed the legally binding contract with Storm Shield and proceeded to call in her
insurance claimThe inspection on Mrs***’s property took place on 9/8/16, which the adjuster paid for many of the damagesOn 9/23/16, Mrs*** let us know that Storm Shield could come pick up the check to get started, but upon arrival she stated she had spent a portion of the insurance proceeds to pay for personal itemsMrs*** then told Storm Shield that she would pay it back when the work was completed, to which she has not? On 10/11/16, ***’s roof was completeShe thanked Storm Shield and was completely satisfied on the work completed (we have documentation stating that Mrs*** loved the work)We then explained that Mrs***’s insurance company was not being honest to her, and they went off the wrong Date of LossMrs*** then hired a public adjuster, and the public adjuster let her know that her claim needed to go to a bad faith lawyerStorm Shield protected ourselves as a business and filed a Lien for the amount owed.?
