From: [redacted] Sent: Tuesday, [redacted] 25, 2014 4:41 PM To: drteam Subject: Revdex.com Complaint #[redacted]   [redacted]24/2014   To: Revdex.com of Metropolitan Houston   [redacted]   Customer: [redacted]...

[redacted]    To whom it may concern:               We received a complaint from [redacted] (Complaint #[redacted]) regarding us knocking on her door and calling her on the phone.  We do take this very seriously and want the Revdex.com and [redacted] to know that we have removed her the moment she requested removal from our calling list.  When we enter a neighborhood, a new customer of Storm Tight Windows - Texas invites our company, into their neighborhood, to introduce our product to their neighbors.  Storm Tight offers their neighbors a special neighbor/neighborhood incentive if they are potentially interested in upgrading their windows.  We only call homeowners who give us their phone number AFTER they set up an appointment or if they would like us to call back at a later date to potentially set up a demonstration in their home.  We only called [redacted] 10 times since [redacted] 14, 2014 (see below) and we only made contact with her 3 times in a 4 month period.  We never have and we never would call any prospective customer daily.   [redacted]’* call history results were as follows:   */22/2014:          No Interest now – please call back in 30 days*/22/2014:          No Interest now – we will think about the windows**/14/2014:        DNC Request – Customer requested for Storm Tight to place on DNC List               Storm Tight Windows – Texas has the most advanced customer tracking system to insure that we do not over call any prospect and we comply with all Tele-Marketing Laws that exist at both the Federal and State Levels. Our system is completely automated and cannot be manipulated in any way because our computer system makes the phone call.  It is 100% automated. Every new prospect contact is a neighbor of existing Storm Tight Customers and we will NEVER violate our customers trust or relationship with our company, or their neighbors, at any time. We strive to make all members of the communities, we serve, happy and excited about having our company as an integral part of the neighborhood.  Per [redacted] request, she is on our DNC List and she will never be called again. Please feel free to contact us should you have any questions.         Date Result Description Phone Caller Call Type     New           [redacted]/14/14 04:58PM DNC Asked DNC ###-###-#### [redacted] Data **/11/14 02:16PM NA No Answer ###-###-#### [redacted] Data [redacted]30/14 03:42PM AM Answering Machine ###-###-####

Revdex.com Case # [redacted] - Storm Tight Windows of Texas, Inc.Customer Information:[redacted]Daytime Phone: [redacted]Evening Phone: [redacted]E-mail: [redacted]Dear Revdex.com Complaint Department,Good morning!  As always, I want to...

thank you for the opportunity to address this complaint and provide all the factsto the Revdex.com so that your team can make an informed and correct decision. First of all, I want to re-iterate that Storm Tight Windows - Texas gets 90% of our leads directly from our prospects throughone of the following Marketing Methods:1 - Shows and Events2 - Referrals3 - Customer Google searches4 - Invited Canvassing of neighborhoods where we already have customers with our windows installed5 - Independent search engines (ie: Quinn Street, My Home Renovator, ...) where customers request quotes6 - Direct Mail Pieces 7 - Internet campaigns* ALL OUR MARKETING MEDIUMS REQUIRE THE CUSTOMER TO GIVES US THEIR NAME, PHONE NUMBER, ADDRESS AND REASONS THEY POTENTIALLY WANT TO REPLACE THEIR WINDOWS*On occasion, we will buy Marketing Lists from a company called Wolff Data.  Wolff Data sends us "Pre-Scrubbed" Listsfor the Federal DNC Home Owners.  The names and numbers we receive are 100% not on the DNC list when it is received.  We pay an additional fee to Wolff Data for this service and safeguard against violating any laws. In a prior email,  I sent the Revdex.com a copy of our paid receipt to show that we do safeguard our company against violating the Federal DNC List.Storm Tight Windows - Texas will never break any laws, State or Federal, to conduct our business. We never compromise our ethical standards in pursuit of sales. With all the above being said, I have 2 concerns with [redacted]'s complaint. They are as follows:1 - [redacted] does exist in our system and they have NEVER been called (see attachment).  The list specifically shows the last call date and result - I checked our Dallas (see attachment)*once a prospect is called the disposition is our system forever and it cannot be removed or altered - I have already moved ERIN [redacted] #[redacted] to the DNC List so it is never called*2 - [redacted] says we called from a Blocked Caller ID or Out Of Area - see belowDespite the fact that I am on both the Federal and State Do Not Call list and have never asked Storm Tight Windows to call me, I receive calls on at least a weekly basis from this company. Many come with a blocked caller ID entry, just showing "Out of Area" while others show the phone number for Storm Tight Windows. I have told the telemarketers on several occasions that my number is on the state and Federal Do Not Call list, yet the calls continue to come. I have filed complaints with the FTC and State of Texas.I have attached above our monthly phone system statement from Ring Central, our service provider, that lists everyphone number Storm Tight Windows - Texas uses for marketing and business purposes. You will see we do NOT EVER use any Blocked Caller ID or Out Of Area  to conduct our business, in the State of Texas, within our organization.I apologize in advance, but [redacted] appears to be complaining about the wrong company or may be motivated with malice and creating an issue for our organization for reasons I cannot explain. If Mr. [redacted] did tell us, just 1 time, to "STOP CALLING - I AM ON THE FEDERAL DNC LIST" -our Marketing Team is mandated to immediately performs that action or they are subject to terminationIn addition, ALL of our employees, when calling prospects or customers, use their real first name.If we have called Mr. [redacted], on some many occasions, why can he not give just 1 name of one of our Tele-Marketers. Our entire team gives the real first name immediately after a prospect says hello.Sincerely,Rick K[redacted]GM / PartnerStorm Tight Windows - Texas[redacted]Hou) [redacted]Dal) [redacted]Cell) [redacted]

COMPLAINT INFORMATIONRevdex.com Case # [redacted] - Storm Tight Windows of [redacted], Inc.Customer Information:[redacted]Daytime Phone: [redacted]Evening Phone: [redacted]E-mail: [redacted]Dear Revdex.com Complaint...

Department,Good morning!  As always, I want to thank you for the opportunity to address this complaint and provide all the factsto the Revdex.com so that your team can make an informed and correct decision. I hope one day, with the help of the Revdex.com, we can educate people on thecorrect protocols regarding [redacted].First of all, I want to re-iterate that Storm Tight Windows - [redacted] gets 90% of our leads directly from our prospects throughone of the following Marketing Methods:On occasion, we will buy [redacted] from a company called [redacted].  [redacted] sends us "Pre-Scrubbed" Listsfor the [redacted].  The names and numbers we receive are 100% not on the DNC list when it is received.  We pay an additional fee to [redacted] for this service and safeguard against violating any laws. In a prior email,  I sent the Revdex.com a copy of our paid receipt to show that we do safeguard our company against violating the [redacted]Secondly, Storm Tight Windows - [redacted] does not enjoy calling, need to call or make a practice calling prospect registered properly on the [redacted].Storm Tight Windows - [redacted] is NOT, as [redacted] maliciously wrote, a "sleazeball operation".  Unfortunately, we do have to operate in an Business Climate / Environment where customers receive partial information and blame corporations for their lack of complete knowledge and / or misunderstandings.Storm Tight Windows - [redacted] will never break any laws, State or Federal, to conduct our business. We never compromise our ethical standards in pursuit of sales. With all the above being said, I have 2 concerns with [redacted] complaint. They are as follows:1 - [redacted] does NOT exist in our system - However, [redacted] DOES exist in our system because [redacted] NEVER registered on the [redacted]When a family wants a phone number entered into the [redacted] list they MUST do the following:*Register EVERY Resident / Family Member who lives at that home and uses that phone number.  It is NOT a Universal 1X entry that covers everyone in the household.  The [redacted] doe not know every human being living in a residence with access to a specific phone number at any given time.2 - [redacted] states: "They will argue that the list expires every year so they can continue to call."Again, [redacted] is not accurate in his understanding of Storm Tight Windows -[redacted]. When we have an individual that states [redacted] us because they did not register on the [redacted] site properly - we have our own internal [redacted] list that we move these prospects to so we will never have issue with them in the future.  Storm Tight Windows - [redacted] does not want, or need, to pursue anyone who is on our internal or the [redacted]  We respect every resident in our communities and are successful because we do not compromise our integrity nor will we ever need to resort to efforts of desperate companies. [redacted] has NEVER met anyone from our company so personal attacks and derogatory comments were 100% unnecessary in this complaint. Storm Tight Windows - [redacted] did nothing wrong.  [redacted] has been moved to our internal [redacted] list permanently.  I hope, in the future, if [redacted] has this happen again, he does not feel the need to use such negativity towards organizations that have done nothing but make a phone call to his house because either his registry has expired or he performed the process improperly.I apologize in advance, for the Revdex.com having to address this complaint, because we respect your organization and hold your officers and initiatives in high regard. In addition, Storm Tight Windows - [redacted] would honor the opportunity to work with the Revdex.com to educate all [redacted] residents on proper protocols for registering and having 100% understanding of how the [redacted] list works to help alleviate these type of complaints for the Revdex.com and honorable [redacted] businesses. I feel a joint effort would save both of our organizations a great deal of time addressing unnecessary complaints due to incomplete information and understanding of the [redacted] list's capabilities and limitations  Sincerely,[redacted]Storm Tight Windows - [redacted]Hou) [redacted]Dal) [redacted]Cell) [redacted]

I am satisfied as long as my name is removed from their list. The response is incorrect in multiple areas however. First of all, at no time, has my wife (he refered to Mrs. [redacted]) talked with anyone from Storm Tight Windows. The number they have is for my cell phone only. If JAMES M[redacted]s the one who talked to me on the phone, I did not yell at him. I explained why I no longer wanted to be on his list. When he called, I had already asked to be removed from the list so I also told him I wanted to be removed from the list as well. He then begin the same hard push that all of the other people I spoke with had and at that time I do believe I stated that I didn't want to do business with someone who treats people like this (as was referenced in the response). Secondly, The original date to meet was January 13. It was a Tuesday. The night before (after I had made arangments to stay home from work for the meeting with Storm Tight), the lady I had spoken with multiple times prior, called me to confirm. As I said in the original complaint, she handed me off to someone who explained the thing about both homeowners being there. It was the first time I had heard that (from any company). It went downhill from there. At the moment I told her I was no longer interested my complaint started. The response from the business leaves this out of the log. I am absolutly possitive I talked with two people on Monday, Jan 12. Up to that point, I was fine but that is where the whole thing should have ended. the next eight calls (by their number on their log) (some of which I did not answer) were well after my request to stop calling. Third, I have no issue with their policy to have all homeowners present. That is their business. This policy simply will not work for me. We get bids on things all the time without both of us being present. I commute to Livingston every day. I absolutly can not be there typically, and when I can, the chances of coordinating this with my wife for 2-3 three hours are low. The problem here is once I explained this to the people at Storm Tight windows, they would not except my explanation and almost acted like I had a contract or obligation to meet with them.  The bottom line is... once you are asked to stop calling- STOP CALLING. I probably did not act right in some of my responses to the callers, and for that I am sorry, but as I have said before, no is no- don't keep pushing! I have never filed a complaint over something like this and hopefully will not again.  Thanks[redacted]
