Best roofing replacement experience ever! They fought hard against the insurance agency to prove my entire roof was worthy of replacing. From inspection to selecting the shingles and even on install day, it was super easy. They even came back to investigate our clogged gutters (which actually were clogged by major tree helicopters) and they cleaned my gutters. Above and beyond I say! Thank you Scott and Dennis!

Storm Troopers have replaced my roof, and I'm absolutely happy with the result and the process. The owner, Scott, is a very pleasant person, literally the definition of friendly and helpful. As it was my first time dealing with roof repair, I was unsure about how it worked, but Scott patiently explained me all the details and gave practical advice. Of course, I chose his business over other A-rated contractors. Scott personally stayed in touch throughout the negotiations with my insurance. On the scheduled day, his crew arrived strictly on time and immediately got to work. Scott arrived shortly to personally oversee the work. He flew a drone and took pictures of the roof that he would later provide to the insurance company (and myself). That's how you know it's XXI century :) The crew got the job done in no time, and cleaned the site spotless. Not a single flower near my porch got damaged. It's been a couple weeks and a couple storms since, but my roof is still in perfect shape. I recommended them to my friend from Sterling, and he's going to hire them for his own roof repair.

My first job with them was great, but the second was horrible. Something has happened in the management of this since then. You would be well advised to seek services elsewhere. Their communication was poor, and their integrity was questionable at best. You'll be treated like a customer when it suits them, and a "problem" when it doesn't.

All I can say, they are the BEST! Thank you for making my Mom happy with her roof. Very professional and knew exactly what to do. I whole-heartily recommend this company to anyone who wants integrity and professionalism for a service well done. Thank You Storm Troopers for being there to "save the day."

Strom Troopers recently installed a new roof at our home and we couldn’t be happier with the products used and service provided was stellar. Scott, the company’s owner really listened to our wants and needs and provided us with options to meet our needs within budget; he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Scott worked directly with our insurance company and really helped us navigate what could’ve been a complicated, and time consuming, process. He was on the job each day, checking to make sure we were informed and happy with the progress – onsite quality assurance was huge plus for us! Storm Troopers arrived on time, completed the job in one day, and were efficient and neat. They cleaned up all trash and nails. They used a magnet twice to collect all nails. And the next day a supervisor came and picked up their sign and extra roofing tiles and used a magnet again to insure there were no nails.

I think the owner Scott is very knowledgeable in all areras will help you till the end. One of ythe best companies in the area is onetime and the price he gives is just that no hidden cost from this company. Will help sprerad the word.
