Not received purchase
I paid for 2 items in the property brothers game on 6th December and I have still not received them. I contacted them on the support app and they finally responded saying that I had received the purchases a few days previously (before I even brought them) so I replied again with the proof of purchases over a month ago and have not had a reply. There is no other way to contact them as every time I try it directs me back to the support app -where they do not reply. The customer service is absolutely disgusting and unreliable.

I do not accept their solution,storminc is just responding with their time tested auto response Asking for more information and assisstance is a common auto reply from them,hoping to frustrate customers to give up When you violate their TERMS OF SERVICE ( TOS ) they come down on you But when they dont abide by the same TOS They auto response you to death But were very quick to haul out the no cash refund clause in the TOS when I asked for a refund In conclusion I played storminc's worldwar by their TOS payed real cash out, yet they continue to allow their TOS to Be abused on an hourly basis unheeded and ignored I will not accept anything less than a full and complete refund Thank you
