StormChief entered into a contractual agreement with [redacted] Roofing on April 24, where StormChief would help [redacted] with some of the up front costs of their business startup expenses (Revdex.com Accreditation, Marketing Expenses, Printing Expenses, General Liability Insurance, etc) in exchange for a portion of the proceeds from [redacted] 's roofing projects [redacted] Roofing then entered into contracts with area customers for roof repair Shortly after several contracts were obtained and project down payments were deposited, [redacted] Roofing then failed to follow through with their obligations with project management Material Quotes were not obtained, project Installers were not hired, etc Due to [redacted] 's failure to follow through, StormChief was left with no choice but to cancel contracts and issue refunds We understand the frustration and hardship that this has caused the [redacted] and plan to have their refund reissued within the next to days

Unfortunately these allocations are coming from two former StormChief contractors who were not happy with the way our relationship ended and are now trying to discredit our reputation.  Attached are copies of communications with both of these gentlemen that prove we have been in contact with the [redacted]s and have had frequent communications with both [redacted] and [redacted].  The text communication on July 2nd between [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] shows that [redacted] was working with the customer and [redacted] was ok with it all.  The email correspondence with [redacted] shows that even in [redacted]'s opinion all jobs should be cancelled and monies refunded and to "cut all ties with [redacted] and [redacted] [Sellers]."  It also further proves our point that [redacted] failed to provide appropriate Project Management by failing to obtain necessary permits for the jobs.  There is also an email on July, 16th to [redacted] at the termination of his work with StormChief where he was asked to return $6,000 worth of StormChief equipment.  To date this has not been done.  The final communication document shows that as late as July 21st, [redacted] has had phone conversations with the [redacted]'s. 
Attached for your review is also the contracts from the Texas customers that clearly shows their relationship with [redacted] where [redacted] was the representative.. 
The final piece of information for your review is a letter from the [redacted]'s attorney that clearly shows both [redacted] and Stormchief are responsible for the refund and were given 60 days from July 16th, to correct the issue.

The $10,000 refund should be certified funds + the $12.00 bank charge and it should be overnight mail.
