I called and personally spoke with Ms [redacted] on 10July at 9:CDT and apologized to her regarding the unprofessional calls she receivedWe as a company screwed up plain and simple and one of our reps was rude and condescendingThere is no excuse for it in businessI explained that we have been doing this for over years and we have never received a Revdex.com complaintOur reps well know the procedures to follow if a prospect does not wish to be further contactedThis particular rep knows that and chose to ignore thatHe has since been disciplined and his manager is on notice as well to coach more intently on the scripts and conversations to our company approved protocolsI gave Ms [redacted] my personal cell number if the need to contact anyone at StormWind should ariseI assured her that all of her contact information will be purged from our marketing and sales systems
