I have lived in Sierra Portal Senior Mobile Park for 20 years and enjoyed it very much and it was affordable. Recently Storz Management Co. has taken it over and raised our rent almost 100 dollars. Since we are elderly almost all of us live on Social Security and it will be hard for us especially with high utility bills as well. I guess money is more important than older people. If anyone asks me about moving here I would tell them to look elsewhere.

Review: I have purchased my mobile home almost 2 years ago. I have requested my title and no repose . [redacted] mobile home park was sold to [redacted] ,managment in last year due to bad management . I have contacted [redacted] who is management for [redacted] for my title . a month or 2 went by before she requested a trailer serial number and she replied she would take care of this over the weekend and give her till monday, this was months ago, I have called and left multiple messages since with not one replyDesired Settlement: I am. no longer wanting to deal with [redacted] as I have tried multiple times to resolve this. I purchased my home and have nothing to show for it.this is an illegal sale and im ready to sue [redacted] management for failure to comply of customers needs due to employees not doing their job. I will continue to access civil codes
