On April 5, 2016, I did try to explain to [redacted] that we were having vehicle problems with two of our handicap accessible vehiclesI explained to him that I would try my best to have a vehicle there at 10:a.mhowever if said problems weren't fixed, we would have to reschedule for a different day or timeUnfortunately, the problems with the vehicles were still not resolved by 10:a.mIn which time, I called [redacted] back to inform him of the issues and to try and reschedule the cab for himHe then started yelling at me and would not listen to meI then hung up the phone and called Nazareth Health and Rehab to explain to them what had happenedThey were very understanding and told me it was not a problemWhen dealing with vehicles, you can not guarantee complete uninterrupted serviceI did try my best to help ***, however we were unable to come to an agreement Thank you, [redacted] ***

I order a cab Stoughton taxiAnd one for 10:30am so I accept that time and call wife made planThey call and cancel the cab that hadThey had no right to call *** and told them the need cancel the ride toThe I talk to is ***This company unreliable!

different day or time. Unfortunately, the problems with the vehicles were still not resolved by 10:00 a.m. In which time, I called [redacted] back to inform him of the issues and to try and reschedule the cab for him. He then started yelling at me and would not listen to me. I then hung up the phone and called Nazareth Health and Rehab to explain to them what had happened. They were very understanding and told me it was not a problem. When dealing with vehicles, you can not guarantee complete uninterrupted service.
