They were never even purchased from the vendor. After over 2 months of showing up for an hour or so, leaving to get some needed supply and not returning for days we fired him.

Review: Stout construction was hired to remodel our two bathrooms. The tile work was shoddy at best. They placed the shower head in the wrong place. A tile was chipped in the shower. There were three chips put in my new porcelain tub they installed. The caulking around the tub is horrible. There are gaps of caulk missing.They have not come out to fix these issues. I have tried for weeks to reach them. They keep saying they are waiting for a repair kit. They are stringing me along.Desired Settlement: I do not trust that they can fix these problems. I would like to hire someone else to do the job. I need a refund to do that.

The customer was informed of the items that were custom ordered for her project, and neglected to listen that the items were going to take 3 weeks to receive before installation could be scheduled. Nonetheless, I was sweared at every week through text message from this customer about the items that were ordered, reminding her of the time it took to receive the items. She absolutely loved the items after they were installed.The customer loved the tile. The chipped tile were replaced, the caulking issues were fixed, and the chip in the tub was fixed as well. This customer was very impatient and suspected that I was lying to her. She found out that her suspicions were very incorrect. Stout Construction has never lied to, or led a customer on. The end result, was the customer being very happy with their installations.
