I am confused what they wantWe sent a document with our last response showing a claim was filed by *** customer, *** ***That was in response to being accused that we filed a "fake claim"Later on the customer(*** ***) decided not to move forward with the claim and we resolved everything including removing the *** reportWhat more is the carrier looking for? Claim has been closed, all reports removed and carrier was paidNothing left to discuss.
