I live at one property for a yearIt wasn't well kept but the bigger issues were maintenace problems that were ignored and TERRIBLE, Rude staffOur hot water was out for over a monthIt was even featured on the local newsHowever, when we called and went to the office, the manager and staff were rude and disrespectfulthey yelled at us and tried to intimidate us into not complainingThey acted like WE were bothering THEMThe continually got rude and upset and told us that THEY KNEW and that we had already told themWell after weeks, we wanted an answer as to how long this would be especially since we were paying rentOne day, me, my roomate and neighbor went to the office, *** yelled at me and *** *** said we were not allowing them to work and she would call the copsI told her to callSHE DID!! Guess what? They said that it wasn't an emergency and she hung up the phone in embarassment and started to POUT like a child! Our contract ended weeks later and we did not renewHowever, they claimed to have lost our deposit and said they had no record of itALthough we had recieptsThey conned us so please don't let them con youThis company is a disaster and should not even be in businessNo customer service!
