Here at Stout Moving and Storage we strive to achieve customer satisfaction to the fullestWhen this Mr [redacted] originally made the reservation for the move their inventory came in at 982cbf or 6,874lbsWhen our Quality assurance department called the customer added items and the inventory was revised to 2,634cbf or 16,548lbs, more than double and the price was adjusted accordingly.While we do strive to meet the customer's delivery expectations, there are many unknown factors that may need to be considered for delivery from weather, to D.O.T Stops, to bad traffic to Moving truck IssuesStout Moving and Storage estimated delivery period is up to business days from date indicated as first available for deliveryAll Estimated time of arrivals are subject to change depending on many industries factors such as traffic or unforeseen mechanical problemsHere at Stout Moving and Storage we seek to expedite the customer's delivery as quickly and as safely possible allowed by lawWe will do everything in our power to ensure that this customer is satisfied

I am rejecting this response because: *** *** from Stout Moving & Storage told me plainly that the truck travels miles per day and he said in his own word that the items will be delivered between 3-business daysHe never mentioned days, I would have contacted another companyBecause he "*** ***" they travel miles per day and the distance between pickup location and the delivery location is miles I concluded that the items will arrived before my wife and children arrives in Farmington, NMThey have ruin the Chrismass for the kidsWe have nothingI just want my things delivered. If they are serious, while is that we have to call them several times without responseand on Decthey sent us another form to fill for delivery when they already gave us copies of all the transactionsThey are treating bad because my name sounds different I guessThe so call Stout Moving company will not pick up my call up till now. In nutshell, they lied to me about their delivery services.
