Called about a warranty issue and company won't return calls Called company about a leak on a roof they install less than a year ago, after numerous calls and messages, the company has yet to return my calls and if and when they do answer the phone, the young lady who answered the phone said that the owner would return my call but Mr [redacted] has still yet to call me regarding the warranty It has been days and no call or update on my request My wife called and was told they would be out today 6/28/after they were finished with a job, she was told they would call when they were on their way, but not only did she not get a call but they never showed The lady who answered the phone assured my wife there was an appointment int he system for them to come out and take a look, however I never received a call back about an appointment, so this turned out to be a lie and we have once again been pushed to the back burner with no resolution in sight

Company replaced roof June After several leaks developed this company was contacted to fulfill a guarantee
The roof was replaced in June of A leak developed in March at which time I contacted the company to repair the leak After two months, in May 2016, I called the company to inquire about the status of my service I suspected a clerical error that resulted in my order for service being lost or forgotten, so my call was to remind them of the need for the roof to be repaired The person who answered the phone assured me that they had not lost or overlooked my request, but they had not had time to schedule the request for service It has been approximately six weeks since the second request for service, and is now June
