this is not correct..first the customers husband ordered the part over the phone and he placed an order for a convection blower for models made 2002-present (which is a larger blower) the customers wife called and said we sent the wrong part (which we did not) we then asked her what year her stove was made and she said 2002-present..so again this is correct according to the informationShe called back again and gives her model number (not a part number) and was asked what year her stove was made..she then states it was made prior to which would require a smaller blowerShe was told this that she can send the blower back to us and we can get her the correct one she wants according to the year her stove was madeShe declined and demanded we pay or a return shipping labelWe paid to ship her the blower outIt also states this information on our website; Need to return an item? We sent the part back to the customer because it arrived to us damagedThis was the same part they sent usWe have been in business for years and selll thousands of items on the internetWe never have issues like this
