stove, so they take sometime as expressed previously to the customerWe have no issue giving the customer a full refund, she has never
asked for oneWe can only give her the dates the manufacturer gives to us as to when they will ship the last part to the kit she had ordered

Hello, We have spoke to the customer on 1/8/and told them their parts were special order, and would not ship until around 1/22/Then we were contacted through Facebook on Sunday the 17th asking where there stuff once, we had told him to call us Monday, which was our normal
business hours so we could look into his orderWe also had send him emails to explain to him when his parts would arrive on Monday 1/18/We just spoke to the manufacturer and they are willing to drop ship this item to the customer today, so they will get it in the next 1-business daysThank youStove Parts Sales

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, no communication regarding this delivery was sent between 11/and 1/when I made the complaint There was no response to the email and phone message on 1/ And the further call on 1/was not returned I did receive the parts, so the item is resolved, but the customer service was terrible.

We were told that the part was available from the manufacturer, only to be told several weeks later that they weren't no longer making this particular item. We have already processed a refund for the parts.

We have forwarded this message to the technical department at Vermont Castings, and have forwarded you their response each...

time, as they stated there was no issue with the product sent, as per their specs that is the correct part for the model number you have given us. We will send you a return label so we can get this part back and give you a full refund on this. We apologize for your experience.

We can see if they will contact you directly, most of the time they will not as you have to go through a dealer, but we have already provided you with all of the information we have received from them.Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I appreciate the offer to return the part, however it it does not resolve my problem.  I have proposed multiple times to discuss the situation with Stove Parts Supply, however no one ever was willing to talk with me nor return my phone calls.   HERE IS THE PROBLEM - The replacement part does not match the original.  I sent photos showing the difference between the old and the new, and I feel no one will look at the evidence I sent.  If I could talk to a technical person about the difference shown in the photos, maybe we can move forward.

complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I'd like to note that I was aware that the part I ordered was no longer being manufactured. The Stove Part Sales web site showed that they had this part in stock. It was only after repeated inquiries that I was told they did not have stock but were following up with the manufacturer. At some point, I was told that the part was being shipped by the manufacturer and would be sent to me. It was only in response to my Revdex.com complaint that, as they could not get the part, they would process a refund.
