[redacted] We have spoke with [redacted] technical several times, and they had sent us the specs on this (we have also attached them to this response)We can see if they will contact you directly, most of the time they will not as you have to go through a dealer, but we have already provided you with all of the information we have received from them.Thank you

We were told that the part was available from the manufacturer, only to be told several weeks later that they weren't no longer making this particular itemWe have already processed a refund for the parts

I'd like to note that I was aware that the part I ordered was no longer being manufactured. The Stove Part Sales web site showed that they had this part in stock. It was only after repeated inquiries that I was told they did not have stock but were following up with the manufacturer. At some point, I was told that the part was being shipped by the manufacturer and would be sent to me. It was only in response to my BBB complaint that, as they could not get the part, they would process a refund. Regards, [redacted]
