Ms*** has been our client for over yearsWhen her new system was installed in Augshe purchased a yrparts and labor warranty from American Standard14er warranty paper work states that she must have the system serviced annually and that servicing is done during business
hours and overtime or premium labor charges will not he paidIt also states what to do if her usual servicer is not availableI have included a copy of her contractMs*** did not have her system serviced again until June but I continued to honor her extended warranty with American Standard.In May she had an issue with her coil leakingadded Freon free of charge while waiting for the new coil to come in and I replaced the coil through the warranty at no charge to herWhen Ms*** texted me on Friday 10-14-@ 8:01am, responded at 8:43am that I was out of townlishe would have called my phone instead of texting, she would have heard the mcs.sage that I vas out of town on vacation and to contact my tech, On Sat10-15-at 8:16pm she temed hack and said my message %%UN vagueI do not know why she thought my response was vaguel returned her text at 915pm and told her the unit was still under factory warranty' and if she couldn't wait for service she could call any licensed ac companyI assumed she would look at her Extended Warranty Agreement for whom to callAt 9:P.Mshe texted back and said she would call me on MondayShe did not can back on Monday and I thought she had contacted someone else.I apologize for the delay in this responseI went into the hospital for emergency surgery the week I returned from vacation and just received your letter
