Several problems presented themselves with my restoration...Stover's solved all in a very satisfactory manner Thankful for their great service!! They are courteous and helpful to questions from the customer I would use them again

When my defunct hot water heater was taken from location to the exterior of my home, it driped rusty water on the carpet all the way out My plumber phoned Stover's Restoration to clean up the stains [redacted] came to my home and did a thorough job of cleaning the carpet in afftected area He made sure that I was happy with his work before he left He was very professional and I could tell he cared about the quality of his work

Called companies, Stover's were here within the hour and the 1st company to show upThey were very helpful and went to work at once cleaning up our mess, even before the plumber was finished with repairs very impressed with the response and the cleanup work they performed [redacted] was very professional and very helpful with the insurance claim process going forward Really impressed with this company

We were pleased with the promptness of Stovers on a Sunday call when we discovered we had water damage to carpet, sheet rock and furniture The customer service was excellent and we would recommend them to anyone with with an emergency situation

My sewer backed-up, not once but twice in the basement The basement was flooded, three rooms involved After I got the sewer corrected, a neighbor referred me to Stover's Restoration with high praise I called them and there was someone at my door within an hour, it was [redacted] He handled himself in a very friendly, professional and knowledgable young man I was very impressed at the way he handled this situation and his reassurance to me that he and his crew would get this mess cleaned up quickly True to his word, his crew was here the next morning, moving furniture, removing baseboards, carpet, everything "tainted" by sewer back-up Then they did an excellent job clearing everything out and setting up tons of fans to dry everything I will call this company each and every time I need any restoration

Stover's Restoration has turned a very stressful situation, our water heater rupturing, into a fairly easy one [redacted] with Stover's responded right away and got the dehumidifier and fans going [redacted] came out and checked the moisture readings and the carpetHe even offered to take the towels and blankets we used to soak up the water and have them cleaned for us so I wouldn't have to worry about getting them cleaned! I am so happy with Stover's Restoration and their employeesWe won't hesitate to use them in the future, although I hope we don't have to go through something like this againWe highly recommend Stover's Restoration!!!!

I had to call Stover's Restoration because we had a storm and water came up my floor drain and it included sewer waterStover's were very easy to work withThey were prompt and courteous taking into account my situationI first called the administrative assistant and she explained in detail what the process would be and said due to the storm there was a wait list, but would stay in contact with meShe called me back to tell me a tech was headed my way [redacted] was my tech and he provided me in great detail what I needed to do and walked me through the process on his endHe answered all of my questions and was very professional in his responses and approachThey were quick and helpful during a very difficult time for our homeA day later, I got my courtesy callThat felt good that they were checking on me

Today we had a pipe that broke and water came down thru our ceiling. Stover Restoration sent 2 of their techs to our house. [redacted] was one of them. I did not get a card from the other young man. They were here in a very timely manner. Both were very courteous, and very confident in what they were doing. They did very well explaining what they were doing and did not hesitate to answer any questions that we had. I would truly give them a 5 (five) star rating. If we are ever in need of this kind of service again we will call Stover's Restoration.
