Stover's Restoration was willing to work with my schedule and arrived on time. Everyone has been kind and courteous and willing to answer any questions I had.
We woke up to a kitchen full of water that had leaked down into the basement. Our plumbing company recommended calling Stover's Restoration and within 30 to 60 minutes they were at our house inspecting the water damage. They immediately let us know the extent of damaged area and course of action they would take. They got to work putting in equipment to remove excess water and explaining the purpose of their action and the duration of time it would take to repair the damage. We felt extremely comfortable with their service.
Today we had a pipe that broke and water came down thru our ceiling. Stover Restoration sent 2 of their techs to our house. [redacted] was one of them. I did not get a card from the other young man. They were here in a very timely manner. Both were very courteous, and very confident in what they were doing. They did very well explaining what they were doing and did not hesitate to answer any questions that we had.
I would truly give them a 5 (five) star rating. If we are ever in need of this kind of service again we will call Stover's Restoration.

They explained the process and informed of the follow up that would take place. A ll of the equipment worked properly and was told to call anytime day or night if things was not working. Recently I had a water line leak from my icemaker. Within an hour of calling Stover's they were at my home setting up equipment and explaining how the process works. The employees were very professional and courteous. If I ever need help with a water leak I will be calling Stover's.

They were prompt and courteous taking into account my situation. I first called the administrative assistant and she explained in detail what the process would be and said due to the storm there was a wait list, but would stay in contact with me. She called me back to tell me a tech was headed my way. [redacted] was my tech and he provided me in great detail what I needed to do and walked me through the process on his end. He answered all of my questions and was very professional in his responses and approach. They were quick and helpful during a very difficult time for our home. A day later, I got my courtesy call. That felt good that they were checking on me.
I would like to share my experience that I had with Stover's Restoration. I found them to be a reputable company and well knowledgeable in handling water disaster. I had used the company before and was satisfied with their professional and personal approach their employee showed. The technician [redacted] took the time to explain the procedures involved and the various payment options I had since my homeowner's insurance would not take care of the cost.
I would not hesitate to refer them to family or friends.
Stover's Restoration has turned a very stressful situation, our water heater rupturing, into a fairly easy one. [redacted] with Stover's responded right away and got the dehumidifier and fans going. [redacted] came out and checked the moisture readings and the carpet. He even offered to take the towels and blankets we used to soak up the water and have them cleaned for us so I wouldn't have to worry about getting them cleaned! I am so happy with Stover's Restoration and their employees. We won't hesitate to use them in the future, although I hope we don't have to go through something like this again. We highly recommend Stover's Restoration!!!!

Stover's made sure someone came by every other day to check on the drying process. May 4th [redacted] returned, the basement was dry and he removed all equipment. I was very surprised that you called the next morning and also very relieved .you came out about 30-45 minutes after you called [redacted] and [redacted] were the ones who came they started working getting the water out an taking the pad up they began bring up bags of pad and water I don't know how many trips they made but I know that it was a lot I don't think they ever took a break other than getting some water I was very pleased with the job they did they were defiantly hard workers I can't tell you haw very happy I am eith Stover''s Restoration thank you from the bottom of my heart GodBless
